Also, please include your email in case we need to contact you for more information. The Skagit Valley Herald will not publish your email address or share it with third parties. Photos must in a jpg file format and no larger than 512Kb and include a date and location. The Skagit Valley Herald reserves the right to publish approved submissions only. |
